Challenge

  • Travel Ad Network, the leading vertical ad network dedicated to the travel category, was looking for a way to differentiate itself from the market and increase revenue and valuation for the company.

Strategy

  • CSF worked with TAN over a 6 month period to dramatically restructure and reorganize the organization to shift focus to sales with a new positioning and messaging platform that was also developed by CSF. CSF oversaw the implementation of the new sales strategy, hiring new management for the team, and measurement of the impact of the new strategy.
